To Whom It May Concern:

We built our home in 2005 with Pat Raugstad and it was the most wonderful experience. Pat was easy to communicate with, realistic and right on the money! He worked on the job site every single day until delivery because it was a reflection of his intense personal pride and passion for his work. From beginning in design to the end, Pat was on schedule, and showed the utmost integrity. Pat never cut any corners with our home and in fact, exceeded our expectations.
Even after several years of living in our home, we would highly recommend Pat Raugstad over and above any other builder. His commitment to design, to build, and to maintain a long-standing reputation of beautiful and unsurpassed quality is what he stands for. People continue to compliment the unique design and quality of our Raugstad home. You can be certain that Pat is progressive in his design and will create a home of everlasting style and superior quality.

Dear Pat,

Now that we are in our dream house, we just wanted to send you a note to let you know how much we appreciated the quality of your work, your professionalism and personal friendliness during the planning and building phases of our home. We had heard nightmares about how difficult the construction process could be—something we, fortunately, never experienced.
Both John and I feel that you cared as much as we did about the final product and that you made sure the sub contractors were the best that you could find.
To sum it all up—THANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE.

Best Regards,

- Karen Howland

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is being written on behalf of Patrick Raugstad. Pat served in the capacity of the general contractor on the remonderization of our complete corporate facility at 8221 N Kimball Avenue, Skokie, Illinois. The construction work consisted of new private offices, washrooms, general office areas and special purpose rooms as well as a complete rehabilitation of the manufacturing facility. Pat was responsible for the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, masonry and general metal work. The project was brought in on time and within the allotted budget.

Pat provided us with regular managerial progress reports and was the main interface with various contractors as well as the Village of Skokie.
We find Pat to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the planning stages as well. We would highly recommend him for any commercial, industrial, residential project.

Sincerely,

- Michael R. Braverman

Mr. Pat Raugstad,

We just wanted to let you know how completely happy we are with the basement, bathroom and bedroom that you built for us. Working with you was a pleasure. You did great work, kept the inevitable mess as contained as possible and cleaned up every night. Most importantly, the job was completed on time and with-in budget.
We would whole-heartedly recommended you, and in fact, have already given your name to two of our friends.

Sincerely,

- Joe and Susan Koehler

To whom it may concern,

I first met Pat Raugstad when he prepared bids for a 12,000 SF home that my
office designed in 2010. Pat won the bid and was the contractor for the home.
The house is an elaborate, traditional Mediterranean-style stucco residence, with
many challenging spaces and amenities to construct, including: a complex,
multi-leveled clay tile roof with wood roof brackets, large exterior covered
terraces, hand-scraped floors, five wood-burning fireplaces, wrought iron grills,
an interior sport court, a home theater, a brick-clad wine room, decorative real
timber beams, numerous elliptical arches, and an elevator.
Pat competed against six other major north shore builders for the project. Pat
was not the lowest price contractor, but he impressed the owner over the others
with his construction knowledge, honesty, and ability to get the job done.
Pat is the kind of contractor an architect likes to work with because he uses
experienced, quality tradespeople with a wealth of construction knowledge.
With his team, he was able to provide expertise on the challenging elements
listed above and successfully complete them. Their experience was critical to
the successful completion of the project.
What Pat has in experience, Kevin matches with dedication and energy. Both
Pat and Kevin have an ease about them and are extremely easy to work with.
However, they both are very thorough when it comes to the details, and they will
not rest until all the questions for every construction task are fully explored and
resolved.
I can rest easily knowing Raugstad Inc. was the contractor who completed the
home. I would feel very comfortable working with Pat on any future projects. I
believe any homeowner would be in great hands if they hired Pat’s company to
build their home.
Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern,

Patrick Raugstad played an integral role in the general contracting of the Deerfield Square project, a 250,000 square foot retail/office lifestyle center in downtown Deerfield, IL.
Patrick’s responsibilities included base building construction, restaurant build-outs and office build-outs. Pat’s vast knowledge in all areas of construction proved invaluable to our project. As a conscientious contractor, Pat always had his client’s best interest in mind especially in terms of quality of work, budget and timelines.
I would recommend Pat Raugstad for commercial, industrial or residential projects.

To Whom It May Concern:

Patrick Raugstad worked for us as the General Contractor who built our home.
My interactions with Pat were always pleasant as he listened to concerns and offered helpful guidance throu-out the home building process. I also found Pat to be very detail oriented as we regularly reviewed options in order to avoid potential problems. Our home is well constructed from quality material and workmanship. This I attribute to Pat.

Sincerely,

- Susan J. Piazza, M.D.

Dear Pat:

I wanted to formally acknowledge the great experience of building our home with you. When Debbie and I started this process, our goal was to look back on the process and say that it was a thoroughly pleasurable experience. We have indeed enjoyed every step of the process and most certainly enjoyed living in our new home!
Your project management skills and detailed knowledge of construction requirements are impressive, but your attention to detail, your suggestions for design alternatives that would fit our lifestyle, your insistence on the highest quality workmanship, and the personal attention you paid to our home (and Debbie and I as homeowners) were truly extraordinary.

Thank you for making the construction of our new home a wonderful experience.

Sincerely,

- Richard Maning & Debbie Sutter Glenview, IL
